Villa Albarella sits on the quiet lagoon side of Isola Albarella — a private, gated island 75 minutes from Venice by car. The pool faces the Adriatic lagoon. The fenced garden backs onto open green space. Residents and guests move by golf cart or bicycle. It is the kind of place where children have freedom, dogs can run, and the pace of life changes completely from the first evening.
The private pool is the centrepiece of outdoor life at the villa — open from April through October, with comfortable swimming from late May through mid-September. The fenced garden is fully safe for small children and dogs. Sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a BBQ area complete the picture. The lagoon view is there at every hour: pink at sunrise, gold at sunset, quiet dark blue after dinner.
Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom — nobody shares. The master bedroom has a king bed, lagoon-facing windows, and its own bath. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a terrace with views. The third bedroom on the ground floor is quieter and cooler — perfect for children or guests who prefer a separate wing. All rooms have blackout shutters, quality linen, and independent air conditioning.

Albarella is a private, gated island — only residents and registered guests may enter. Quiet, safe, and completely free of through-traffic. Within a few minutes by golf cart or bicycle: pristine Adriatic beaches, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, horse riding, sailing, beach volleyball, swimming lessons, a mini zoo, children's playground, supermarket, and shopping outlets. Over ten restaurants and bars are on the island.
The Po Delta Nature Park (UNESCO) borders the island. Venice is 75 minutes by car — a perfect day trip for culture, then return to the island for dinner and the lagoon at night.
